Aviation audits, managed from first email to close.

Accredited auditors for Australian aviation operators, with AI drafting and a human signing every finding.

Coming soon to Brisbane

The audit week, as you know it

For the operator, it starts weeks out. With luck, you book an auditor a month ahead. You gather manuals and records, answer the emails and book a time for the entry meeting.

For the auditor, it means flights, a hotel, a hire car and a folder of receipts to reconcile after the exit meeting.

Each task is small. Together they take hours from both sides, and those hours sit outside the quote.

Audit workspace

Everything settles into one place

Documents, meetings, travel and expenses will share one workspace. Nobody chases paper. The quote is fixed upfront.

The ISO 19011 method, step by step

Each audit will run the ISO 19011 lifecycle for CASA regulations, SMS or ISO 9001. Accredited auditors will make every decision.

1

Initiate the audit

You agree scope, criteria and auditor. A fixed quote and engagement letter follow.

2

Prepare the audit

AI drafts the document review and audit plan. The auditor approves both.

3

Hold the entry meeting

Everyone confirms scope, schedule and contacts. The meeting is booked for you.

4

Collect and verify evidence

The auditor samples records, interviews staff and observes work on site.

5

Generate findings

AI drafts each finding against the criteria. The auditor reviews and signs it.

6

Determine conclusions

The auditor weighs all findings and reaches the audit conclusions.

7

Hold the exit meeting

You hear the findings and conclusions first, in person, before any report.

8

Issue the report

The signed report arrives in your workspace, each finding traced to evidence.

9

Follow up corrective action

You log corrective actions. The auditor checks the evidence and closes each one.

10

Close the audit

The auditor confirms closure. Records stay in one place for your next audit.

The platform will book entry and exit meetings, arrange auditor travel and keep one expense ledger for the audit.

Auditees will see the current stage at any time, from initiation to close.

One platform, both sides of the audit

Operators bring the audit. Accredited auditors bring the expertise. AuditMatchPro will match them and run the work between them.
